Depending on item availability, your order will ship within 3-5 business days once the order is placed.
We try to process our orders extra-fast to make sure that they arrive with you as soon as possible, so cancelling an order after it’s been made isn’t always possible.
However, we always want to help so please drop us an email (with your order number) to firstname.lastname@example.org or talk to us and we’ll try our best to get your order cancelled for you.
If we’re lucky enough to cancel that in time, we’ll process your refund right away
Orders over $40 ship for FREE (Domestic orders only). Free shipping usually arrives in 4–7 days. Expedited shipping via UPS is available in 2-day and overnight service.
Sometimes USPS tracking information can be incorrect, and packages are marked as delivered before they actually arrive – oops! Your package will most likely be delivered within a few days, but it’s great to check with your neighbors and/or post office for more information in the meantime!
If you do not receive your order in a couple days, please email our Customer Care team, within 14 days of the last tracking update, with your order number and tracking information so that we may assist you further! :)
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days from the purchase date in original, unused condition for a full refund (shipping charges excluded).
In order to begin the return or exchange process, you must send an email to email@example.com with your receipt or order number, and stating the reason for the return.
Once this information is received, you will be sent a return authorization number and a return shipping address. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
When the team has confirmed receipt of the returned item(s) and has verified it’s in original, unused condition, your method of payment will be issued a refund. You will receive a confirmation email notifying you of the refund. Please be advised it may take a few weeks for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.
We will be happy to change the shipping address for you order! Please email our Customer Care team at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the updated address ASAP, as we are only able to make changes to your order if it has not yet entered the packing process. Unfortunately we are also unable to change your shipping address from a domestic US address to an International address, or from an International address to a domestic US address. Please note that changes to your order may be limited during periods of high order volume, including launches and promotions
Oops! Unfortunately, we are unable to edit the billing address once an order has been placed. Not to worry! It appears that you were able to successfully place your order. As long as your shipping address is correct, you will be able to receive your order!
Yes! Please email our Customer Care team at email@example.com with your order number, original email address, and the updated email address so that we may make the changes for you. Once your email address has been updated, we can resend your order confirmation and/or shipping confirmation emails to the updated address. :)
No, unfortunately we cannot modify orders once they have been placed. All sales are final. So sorry for any inconvenience!
We’re so sorry for the mix up with your order! Please email our Customer Care team at firstname.lastname@example.org your order number and pictures of the following: the stamped initial/number on the outside of your envelope or box, the order packing slip with with the stamped initial visible, and a picture of the products you did receive. Please note that all order issues must be reported within 14 days of delivery. We’ll get YOUR order sent out asap!
Once your order ships, we are unable to make any changes to the shipping address. You should still be able to update your address on the USPS website, though!
If your package returns to us due to an incorrect address, it will be cancelled and refunded. We will notify you if this happens
